Ten feature length fiction film projects to pitch at this year’s Dot.on.the.Map Meeting Point Co-production Forum

Dot.on.the.Map Ιndustry Days, the co-production, training and networking platform for film industry professionals of the 23rd Cyprus Film Days IF, will hold its 6th edition in Limassol, Cyprus (10 – 12 April, 2025), and announces the selected projects to be pitched in its co-production forum, Dot.on.the.Map Meeting Point.

Ten teams of producers – directors with projects originating from countries of the Mediterranean region will pitch their new feature length fiction film projects to representatives of the international film industry. Following group works and individual meetings, the filmmakers will take steps towards forming future artistic and financial collaborations with other filmmakers, international producers, financiers, sales agents, broadcasters, distributors, festival and film fund representatives. Dot.on.the.Map Industry Days provides an excellent opportunity to network with industry professionals from across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa and to explore co-production and distribution opportunities, discuss new projects in development, and pursue cross-border collaborations.

The three-member international jury panel that will deliberate upon the awards consists of prominent film industry professionals. This year’s jury members are:  Miloš Lochman, (Producer, moloko film, Czech Republic), Katya Trichkova (Producer, Contrast Films, Bulgaria) and Denis Vaslin (Producer, VOLYA Films, The Netherlands).

This year’s awards are as follows: 

  • Cyprus Film Commission – Invest Cyprus Award 

Accompanied by the monetary prize of €2,000.

  • EKKOMED Award

The award is accompanied by the monetary prize of €2,000, offered by the Hellenic Film and Audiovisual Center

  • P.S. Movies and Stories Award

Accompanied by lighting & grip equipment rental worth up to €4,000* offered by P.S. Movies & Stories Cinema Equipment Rental Ltd. (*terms of use apply).

  • Agora Networking Award 

Offered by Thessaloniki International Film Festival (31/10–10/11/2024) to the producer of a winning project. The award includes 4 nights’ accommodation in Thessaloniki & an Agora market accreditation.

Dot.on.the.Map Industry Days extends its partnership with Coprocity – an online platform meant to offer more visibility to curated projects after their presentation in co-production markets by facilitating discussions between professionals and decision-makers, extending contacts, and sharing information to make the project’s development and financing easier. All the projects participating in the Dot.on.the.Map Co-production Forum will be pre-selected to participate in the Coprocity Development Award of €3,500, offered in partnership with Cineuropa.

The pitching session will take place at the Rialto Theatre on Friday, 11 April, 2025 at 10:30a.m., and it is open exclusively to accredited film industry professionals. Please request your accreditation through the following link by Wednesday, 2 April 2025:
